We welcome enquiries and will be happy to provide you with more information about our services. Due to high demand for some of our services, we request that you only book services you plan to attend and please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. Please note our fee and cancellation policy when booking. If you have another organisation funding your services, please discuss this when booking to ensure your services are funded.
Counselling/ Psychological Therapy Individual Appointments
Please call or email our office for an appointment. Medicare rebates can be claimed for some services. Some services may also be claimable through Private Health (depending on the service type, your fund and level of cover). Some of our clinicians offer out of hours appointments – please discuss this when booking.

BOOKING AN ASSESSMENT
To make a booking or enquiry about an ADHD, Autism or Combined Assessment, please email [email protected] and we will send yousome information and a registration form. Once completed we will commence the process of arranging an appointment. If you do not have access to email please call or phone or office so we can send you our Assessment Information and Registration.

Fee Information
Our clinic has a range of fees for different services. Please discuss our fees schedule with our reception when booking. As we are a private clinic and do not receive any Government funding, fees apply for our services. For this reason, we are unable to offer bulk billing or free services. Please note the following:
- For ADHD, Autism and Combined Assessments, a fee schedule will be sent to you when you make an enquiry or when we receive a referral. You can then decide if you wish to complete our client registration form to proceed.
- Our fees vary depending on type of consultation and length.
- If you wish to claim Medicare rebates for your services, a valid GP referral will be required. Some services are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
- We charge a fee for non attendance or late cancellation. See your booking email for details.
- If you have funding for your services (someone else will be paying) please ensure that you have approval and please let our reception know when booking.
